Working with Tom Golder was very easy and pleasant experience for me and my husband. We were looking for buying a house with specific requests - one level leaving with two bathrooms on the main floor, nice mountain view and near a golf course. We gave Tom Golder 5 stars in all categories because those ratings reflect our experience with him as a realtor. We gave him the opportunity to list our house because he was creative in his approach to market it, found ways to draw attention to its best features and had ideas on how to solve  problems we faced. Tom strong tech skills increased our homes exposure to potential buyers and made immediate communication easy to do when we couldn’t physically be in town to respond to questions or sign documents.
